So I finished the one lacy sock from Lace Style. Unfortunately there aren't any photos because my camera batteries died and I am having problems finding the proper ones to replace them with.
Anyway I gave into the Mystery Stole #3. I have done some small lace projects before but never a complete shawl or stole. Here is a picture of the progress:As you can see, there is no picture. That is because I am not going to show my progress. There seems to be a ton of pictures of the clues already and I think that showing the progress would take away from the "mystery". I can tell you though that I am on the chart b of the first clue.

First Post

So I decided that I would make my first post now as I am currently procrastinating on cleaning my room.
What's going on in the land of knitting? A couple of projects. I started the Lace Nightie from Interweave. No pictures yet. It was going well until I mis-read the decrease shaping. I do not currently have the patience to tink back.

Here is a picture of the Lacy Anklet from Lace Style. The picture is from about 2 weeks ago. I now working on the toe. I am using Regia Silk Six ply.

Here is another shot of the lace section from the front. Sorry for the lack of detail. I am still getting used to my camera.

This is a hand bag that I am working on. I made up the pattern using Eunny Jang's tutorial from Interweave. The yarn is silk garden but I am not sure of the color way. I just need to finish the handle. It's stockinete so there is not much motivation for me to work on it :(

Please bear with me and the layout. I am still learning about how to make things look nice :)

And not knitting post would not be complete without a picture of a cat. This is Chloe. She is one of three female cats currently residing in our house. I will introduce the other two over the next couple of post. Chloe enjoys staring at me and then opening her legs. I think she does it because she knows she can get a response from me.

I hope everyone had a nice fourth of July!
